An Internal Family Systems Meditation For When Your Parts Are Triggered

I recorded this meditation for you to support you when your parts are activated, and you’re not entirely sure whats going on, like when you suddenly feel a rush of sadness or anger or jealousy or disappointment, and the intensity seems out of proportion to what’s actually happening. When parts from the past get reactivated, they can cause us to overreact. When we can become intimate with those parts and speak on their behalf, we can deepen our own healing and also help other people understand why we might be acting a little crazy. And then, if need be, we can set a boundary, make a request of someone else, and get our parts needs met.
