As those of us in the United States digest the turkey, this is a good time to reflect upon how well you handled your boundaries this year if you happened to gather with family. You can take a few moments as you travel back home or others go their merry way to and assess whether you were setting healthy boundaries, erecting impenetrable walls, or allowing others to cross all over your boundaries, either without protesting or with passive aggressive resentment instead of healthy communication.
